Terms & Conditions
1. Liability & Responsibility
The Company and the hosting school shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents that occur during the use of the facilities. The Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all participants during the reserved period. It is the Client’s duty to ensure that participants are physically fit and adequately equipped for the intended activity.
2. Cleanliness & Damage
The facility must be left in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was found. In the event of excessive mess, a cleaning fee of AED 250 will be charged to the Client. Any damage to property or equipment will be assessed by the Company, and the Client will be invoiced for the actual cost of repairs or replacement.
3. Timeliness
Clients must arrive and vacate the premises strictly according to the booked time slot. A penalty of AED 100 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay beyond the agreed end time
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, subject to a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days.
5. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and receipt of confirmation from Falcon Arenas Facilities Management. All bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified. Payment must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, card, or company portal).
6. Conduct & Behavior
All participants and spectators are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during their stay. Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within school premises. The Company reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund in case of misconduct, vandalism, or violation of school rules.
7. Force Majeure
Falcon Arenas Facilities Management shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be settled in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
9. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
